How Paperbark House collects, uses and stores any personal information you give us.
Information Kept on File
When you book a table, we keep your name, phone number and the date you’ve asked for, so the house dealer and the kitchen both know you’re coming.
If you join our mailing list for the weekly menu, we keep your email address only, and you can ask to come off the list at any time.

How long do you keep booking details?
Booking details are kept for twelve months after your visit, then deleted unless you’ve asked us to hold them longer.
Do you share my details with anyone?
Only with the booking system and payment providers who help us run Paperbark House; nobody else sees your information.
Can I see what you hold about me?
Yes — write to us through the contact page and we’ll send through what we have within a fortnight.
Is CCTV used inside Paperbark House?
The entrance and workshop floor are covered for security, with footage kept for thirty days unless there’s an incident.
